do so may prevent us from responding to specific requests. Withholding
consent for the purposes referred to in letter b) will in no way affect
the management of reservation or information requests.

· For purposes referred to in letter a): your personal data will be kept
only for the period necessary to provide feedback to the requests received
and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last interaction.
· For purposes referred to in letter b): your personal data will be kept
until your consent is withdrawn or, in the absence of withdrawal, no
longer than 36 months from the last contact.

2. How is your personal information processed?

The collected data are mainly processed with IT tools. Appropriate security
measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit and incorrect use,
and any unauthorized access.

The Data Controller collects personal data through:
· The appropriate contact form on the website in the “RESERVATIONS” section;
· The newsletter subscription form on the website.

Personal data are processed inside the European Union.

specifically trained, who are, in any case, bound to professional secrecy
and confidentiality.
